Xbox 360 Which are the best places/vendors, to find petty soul gems?

Just looking for a heads up on any information about finding easy petty soul gems or buying them cheap (for enchanting training)..

The mages in the College, caves, loot chests, vendors. Anywhere really.

Definitely look up the dawnstar glitch. Basically out the front of the mine there is an invisible chest in the ground that has like tonnes of soul gems and enchanted weapons.
