Where do I get a khajiit fallowed.

If you're on PC and can get mods there's a great Khajiit follower named Inigo
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/40960/?

If not, you can take J'zargo from the College Of Winterhold and Kharjo from the Khajiit caravans

Like monsters2312 said, Inigo is an amazing follower from a Nexus mod. There are recruitable vanilla NPCs like J'zargo and Kharjo. I suggest making a follower mod, if you figure out how to. I might go on that road soon.
