Where are Orcs from?

Which province of Tamriel do the Orcs come from? I've done some reading and these are the results.

Cyrodill - Imperials
Skyrim - Nords
Morrowind - Dunmer
High Rock - Breton
Summerset Isles - Altmer
Elsweyr - Khajit
Valenwood - Wood Elf
Black Marsh - Argonian
Hamerfell - Red Guards

That's all of the provinces. So where are Orcs from?

Oh, I see. They all come from one city. See, I used the Elder Scrolls Wiki and I went on their Tamriel page, and it just didn't come up.

Orsinium is not a province, but a region in High Rock. Read the history abour the Orcs on the UESP Wiki, it's pretty interesting
