Weapon Duplication/Cloning

I accidentally found out a weapon dupe glitch. I had an ebony mace and I killed someone, dropped the mace, the guards killed me, and then when I came back, the mace was on the ground, the guy was alive, and I still had another mace in my inventory.
I'm not positive if this was a one time glitch or not but you might want to try it.
Really sorry if this doesn't work.

Is the a specific place you have to be? Is it a specific consle?

I did it at the general goods store in Riften. Cant remember name. Ps3 BTW. And the glitch was in February, not sure if it still works. It should work anywhere though, not just in the riften store
