Vampirism infection and being a werewolf?

I have a quick question. I'm already a werewolf, if I get infected by vampirism - can I still get infected by vampirism?

If you're a werewolf, you should have a passive 100% immunity to all diseases, so nope. You'll be safe from regular vampirism.

From the beginning of the game almost you cannot get a disease XD because everyone is a werewolf and your 100% immune.
