This happen this morning in morning time on skyrim. I was just enjoying as myself in wolf form not killing anyone in particular! Just enjoying running through the woods, now here is where it gets crazy! A group of imperial guards were coming after me from NO where!! (On the side note I haven't joined in any groups yet and two I'm new to the game as well) So I opened up to see if there was a bounty, and yup! 1000 gold coins, and the town is Falkreath!! O_O Funny is I never discovered the town plus being far off! So I'm like WTH! It was even weird i came to town seeing no imperial soldiers/guards anywhere! I know for sure stormcloaks owned it which was odd and two the villagers didn't even freak out at all! Just acting normal!! O_O
