Trying to Fix TES5edit Error But Unsure Where

Hello,

New here, hoping someone would be willing to give me some guidance.

Multiple mods when I look in LOOT keep coming up with the same comment. It's the only error I have.

I keep seeing "This plugin requires Dawnguard/Hearthfires/Dragonborn.esm to be active, but is inactive"

I have cleaned Dawnguard, Heathfires and Dragonborn in TES5edit, as LOOT is not listing any issues. But I'm not sure what I've done wrong. I've included a couple of screenshots of my LOOT screens if it helps.
