Trying to do God mode on PS3

Make it as highly powerful as you can. Once your last-ingested potion wears off, it will dip a bit but not all the way.

Side note: The ingredients for the restoration potion aren't always easy to find. Don't forget to keep a spare, so you can build from it the next time. Put some perks into your base alchemy too. Remember that your swords, bows, robes, armor if you use it, etc., are all also restoration magic if they are enchanted. Taking a restoration potion before difficult combat will boost you pretty significantly in all those aspects.

Best I can figure is you're just taking too much time, you really need to keep drinking those Fortify-Restoration potions before the last one wears off. (Or you may have accidently not re-equiped one of your Fortify-Alchemy enchantments)

Try getting you're Alchemy up to about 30 and taking the first two ranks of Alchemist, see if that works.
