Hey. I guess I'm in the category of the new people coming into the RP section of the forums, which sadly isn't that many. But I've been here for a while as a guest and loved reading through all these amazing stories that were brimming with creativity and bold ideas. There are those on the RP section on the forums that are asking for people to join up in their RP and want to revive it, I still believe that's possible. So, I've created an interesting story, using RP's that have died out but are still vivid in my memory:

We're going back, back further than ever seen before. It's the Second Era, 578 and the Soulbirst has begun. The Red Mountain rumbles, earthquakes threaten everyone in Skyrim and unstoppable Storms ravage the southern coast. The barrier between Nirn and Oblivion is no more, and the gates of Coldharbour are open for visitors. We are here again because o a twist of events. The Dragonborn, now a Vampire of Molag Bal's blood, suggests to instead offer the weak and bloodcursed lights petty existence to Molag Bal. After doing so, the Daedric Lord finds that the core is pure magicka, enough to overpower Akatosh himself and that he does. He turns back the clock to the time of TESO but with the knowledge of all the escapes at Coldharbour. The Dark God intervenes, preventing the breakout. There is no one left to save Tamriel from its fate. Dremora, Vampires and all otherworldly creatures of the Daedra flood all the continent. The Aedra and all of the now 'Old Gods' are torn from their throne above their disciples land and are replaced by Molag Bal and the Daedra that sided with him, (Sanguine, Boethiah, Mehunres Dagon and Namira). All worship of the Old Gods is punishable by unending torture in Coldharbour. Enforcers roam city streets, running out any that still have hope, and crushing it like a pest under their iron boot. The world comes to regret their miserable existence. The Akaviri invasion never began, because they didn't see the point in conquering a dilapidated wasteland of a continent. Speaking of which, we go over to the neighboring Isle Continent of Akavir, where only legends of man-eating snakes and tiger dragons have reached Tamriel. The four nations meet under the invitation of the Tiger Dragon Emperor of Ka'Po'Tun, Tosh Raka. The almost all of the four races despise each other with great hatred, but Tosh Raka has a reputation for truthfulness, and if what he says is true, then it is of utmost importance. So, our story begins, with Tosh Raka, Dragon Emperor of the Tiger people of Ka'Po'Tun. Wukong "the Bizarre", Monk-Warrior King of the Tang Mao people. Ada'Soom Dir-Kamal II "the Successor", leader of the primal snow demons of the icy hell that is Kamal. Finally, the hated and feared Akihito Chrysant, vampiric Overlord of men-eating Snake People of Tsaeci, meet in council for the first time in the history of Akavir...

    Rules:
I want it to be kept to free-form RP, so do whatever you like. It'll probably be 18+ because I don't really care about all the intercourse scenes, if you want it to be part of the RP then its part of the RP, just don't overdo it. Your character card, if I get this RP going I can create a template, but as I said, you have the freedom to do whatever you want. I do have one strict rule, however, two to be exact. First, Don't bother if you're not going to commit, the point is to revive the RP. Second, for the first people that join have the pick of the leaders. (I'll be taking Tosh Raka). You can create your own personalities besides the ones I've given but their recommended and lore friendly. I don't care about party number, as long as we have the four leaders anyone can be anyone, Guards, Merchants, hell, even Dark Brotherhood Woodelf-Argonian crossbreed that joins their company after his first failed assassination attempt. Also, on the part of death, if you're alright with it, it's fine as long as it's not a leader. I want them to at least survive to Tamriel. Races, I'm afraid apart from possibly a few acceptions need to be Akiviran races. There were Akiviran humans so take of that what you will.

    Acceptance:
I'll accept anyone as long as you'll take it seriously. Simply reply down below that you want to join in, and if you have any questions or ideas please tell me.The first 3 will have picks out of Wukong, Akihito, and Ada'Soom.
    Hope to see replies soon...

Oh and I think this will be very interesting to RP, but be warned my first ever TES game was Skyrim, so I'll have to do a little research to understand the lore better

Unfortunately, Bethesda has never revealed much information about Akavir. Its mostly just characteristics of the races and light description. So for the lore, I decided to create three different leaders of Tang Mao, Tsaeci and Kamal. Each character is focused around their races wholly. However, I did create backstories for all of them and fleshed them out as much as I could without preventing character development.
With Wukong, I took ideas from things like Chinese Folklore, but also those from Tang Mao themselves, strange, merchant like people that are good and honest, mixed with the Folklore of where he got his name, a mischievous and ledgendary Warrior Monk with immense power almost incomprehensible to the likes of dragons. Stories I've read speak of a teleporting, disappearing character who can create a copy of himself with just a single hair.

Backstory: Wukong, revered mystical leader of Tang Mao was said to walk from the Sun itself to the realm of Tang Mao. His valiant and mischievous efforts eventually brought him to the late Kings Palace was. His reign began, as he walked into the Royal Palace, where the Guard Commander, one of the greatest Warrior Monks ever known, defended the beautiful ruby and jade tower from Wukong. For after hours upon hours passed, after staff clashing on staff, Wukong was felled on the ancient grounds. The Guard Commander felt a warm assuring hand on his shoulder, he turned around and their stood the golden-furred warrior, his famous grin stretched across his face. It was a smile that could make the most cold hearted warlord burst out laughing. It was a grin of respect, loyalty but overall comedy. The Commander, the corners of his mouth tugging, bent on one knee and offered him his staff. Wukong shook his head, and chuckled. The guard's jaw dropped. The monkey sat on the great throne, his legs hanging off the side. The new King had arrived.

With Akihito, I sorta took ideas from Harkon. cruel, sadistic, and obsessed with domination, like the rest of the Tsaeci. But Warlord Chrysant was the most feared. Clad in the blood armour of his clan (much like a Japanese Samurai's) with his great sword, and infamous fighting style like a snake itself, cold, cruel and overall efficient. His instatiable hunger to further his own interests makes him care for nothing if it does not benefit himself.

Backstory: Akihito Chrysant was outcast as a monster, rejected by his family, his lands and the whole of the Tsaeci race. Akihito had to forge his own name in iron and blood, because he was born a Cobra-Tsaeci, seen as demon spawn in his race. Because the Tsaeci have a humanoid torso's, he was hideous, and was immediately shunned and left in the wild straight from hatching. As he grew and survived I never the wild, his hatred of all others grew with him. Local younglings named him Akihito, or 'Devilish Beast', a name he took because he knew no other. As a full adult, although still strange and different, he was unstoppably strong and head scarves taller than ordinary adults. His venom, green like precious jade and deadlier than the greatest alchemical concoction, he learned that the other Tsaeci shunned him not because he was hideous, but that they envied and resented him with great jealousy and so refused to let themselves be replaced by a superior advancement of themselves. He took this knowledge and challenged a Tsaeci officer, how those in his civilisation rose and fell in the hierarchy. With one fell swoop of his venom- coated claws, the officer died without any effort from Akihito. Those in the Tsaeci army were terrified, and those he challenged conceded immediately. He rose too powerful for the Tsaeci emperor himself to be simply bested by this unrelenting worlwind of a warrior. Donning the late Warlords blood infused helmet, no longer will his race have the burden of failed invasions, for Akihito of his new Chrysanthemum clan will not fail, until Akavir is his.

Finally, Ada-Soom ( with Tosh Raka, I'll leave it till later for me to develop his character in the RP and I won't make too many assumptions in his backstory and he is a real character so I can't really create his backstory knowing that he technically has one its just not seen to the public, but I'll do my best ). With his character, I basically thought of something so uncaring that it would torture or mutilate its anyone close to it without a doubt in its mind if it was required to help itself, without any hint of sadness inside its cold, frozen soul. This is the embodiment of Ada-Soom Dir-Kamal II.

Backstory: The first Ada-Soom Dir-Kamal is a name carved into the memory of dark elf children. Him, and his completely unmerciful, inhumaine and robotic army of possibly most the most uncaring race in all of Tamriel ravaged Morrowind, only to be beaten by the Underking under the shadow of the Red Mountain. However, the primal ice demons of Kamal theoretically never really die, their black hearted consciousness is reincarnated in the annual rising of the strange beings...The ice devils now roam Nirn again, their strange and unscientific existence puzzling any that have lived to see one and walk away. One in particular forms a similar shape. It is the Successor, and he raises his call to arms, this time not for war, but the pull of Tosh Raka himself...

I'll leave the choice up to you as your the first to respond. Character cards are in your choice but I do have a template for some of them, if you want to join of course.

If you want reliable info, look to the AkivirMC wiki.
I know it's a MC server, but it gives good info on Tosh Raka and the other races.

Alright. Yeah sure here it is, sorry that this took way longer than it ever should, but I had exams these last months. Dreamer, I'm pretty sure your still here and I have another who might be interested, so if you see this, here's the template:

P.S, if you don't want to play the characters, you don't have to. I'm just suggesting. If you want your own unique character, knock yourself out. If you want a leader I'll send you their character card and you can edit them. Just ask:

    Name:

Race: (Ka Po'Tun, Tsaeici, Kamal, Tang Mao)

    Sex:

    Gender:

    Alignment:

This interests me. I'd be rather interested in taking the roll of Tsaesci Akahito, if you'd be alright with that.

I have a question though, what exactly will the story of this RP be? I understand the state of Tamriel, but I'm not sure what exactly the events and premise of this story will be.

Love the character ideas btw, and appreciate you keeping it as absolutely lore-accurate as you possibly can given the rather limited information we have on the continent and it's peoples. Especially given the fact that half of the lore and historical texts depicting it all are somewhat contradictory to one another. Really well done. :D

    I guess I'll do mine:

    Name: Tosh Raka

    Race: Ka Po'Tun/Dragon

    Sex: Unknown

    Gender: Male

    Alignment: Good Chaotic

    Class: Thu'um Power

Equipment: Dragon Hide (Armour), Voice/Claws (Weapon).

Looks/Accessories: Tosh Raka is undeniably gigantic, and double in his length. He has to soil several times inside his Gold and Jade palace (That is many miles in height and width). Orange, fiery scales cover his gargantuan body, that look so like an elegant, overscaled and oversized limbed basilisk, except for head and spine, which is lightly covered in wispy, blizzard white flowing hair. His ivory claws are sharp as a fresh sword from a dwemer forge, the size of an average Imperial. His shining white teeth are no different, from which they seem to emit light they are so bright. He has Golden, spiralling horns that lead down to a golden nose cover and finally, his overpowering and unblinking jade green eyes.

Misc: Tosh Raka only resorts to melee when provoked, his Thu'um is great enough. The shouts he prefers to use are:
Bend Will, Become Ethereal, Clear Skies, Storm Call, Meteor Storm, Cyclone, and a different version of fire breath that instead of normal dragon attacks a direct beam of concentrated fire.

Backstory: Tosh Raka was born into the royal family, the youngest out of five sons of an elderly and wise emperor. However, alternate to his brothers who studied, learned to rule, and how to fight, Tosh Raka was naturally the best of the latter, but rather using his talent he spent his days as a rich playboy, drinking and sleeping with women. His father was deeply disappointed in him, but Raka cared not. He had all he wanted. On the day of the emperors death, after the mourning, the five sons were brought to the palace. They were told, the next in line was to be chosen by a challenge. The steward brought out a golden enclosed scroll, and unfolded it in front of the sons. "Your father wishes that you each take a drop of this dragons blood, of the ones of old. Kept here from emperor to emperor, the one compatible with the blood will become a dragon, the ideal of our people, and become Eternal Emperor" Tosh, unlike his brothers, only took the slightest drop. He had no need to be an emperor, he no longer wanted this lifestyle. One by one, the brothers with great disappointment shrugged, nothing happened. Then, suddenly, Tosh's body grew, his hair turned white as snow. His facial hair grew rapidly, and his fingernails and teeth grew and sharpened. His skin turned to scales, and all the while he never stopped growing. He screamed in disbelief, and cried. He wondered why the gods chose him, and cursed his luck. In disgust of what he'd become, he discovered that he could fly, and did so out the glass top of the palace, leaving everything behind. Out to the mountains he flew, and landed, and wallowed in his sadness. "One of your kind should be happy to be such a beast," said a voice that echoed from a crevice. A blood red, ancient dragon stomped out, with what looked like exhaustion and pain. This dragon took Tosh Raka in, and as he did he tought him all he knew. Thu'um, dragon language, flying technique, power and défense, wisdom and intelligence. Overtime, Tosh grew to be like his late father, and like this other dragon. Years later, a decade, that dragon took his final breath, from the wounds he had sustained centuries ago. On that day, he was cremated in Tosh's flames, and he then lowered down. He found his old kingdom in chaos, plundered by Tsaeci and mercenaries. He flew down, and destroyed these invaders with incredible power, supported by an army he formed out of remanents of what remained. He took his place on the throne, and became the first, and last ever Dragon Emperor.

Can I also add that in the lore it's depicted that the Ka Po'Tun are like Khajiit, but large Tiger-men. And Tosh Raka is not only like that, but he is also depicted as being/being seen as/becoming a dragon in stories.

Love your CC of him, I just thought I'd let you know that he could have 2 aspects if you'd like: A giant Tiger man and that of the form of a humanoid-esc dragon man. But that's ultimately up to you, because I'm not sure if you do or do not already know that :D (Your Char is great either way)

That'd be completely fine. I'd love to have as many people as we can, and it'd be great to have as many people as possible. So, now Molag Bal reversed time and the events of TESO etc., the plan is to have our characters form together to council, but will be attacked and invaded. They will have to work alone to make it across treacherous areas, and will have several meetings and stories depending on where we go. The main objective is to banish each Daedra supporting Molag Bal until we can banish him. There may be certain items that we need or knowledge to learn before we can do anything. That's how far I've planned. I want to get everyone set up before I can do a full blown storyboard.

Thanks! Yeah, so I've heard of the Ka Po'Tun appearance, but from the sources I'm basing this from the idea that he's the first of his kind to 'morph' into a dragon. I like the shear scale of his character and his room for possible development both in RP and Bethesda Lore.

@Julianos I was wondering if I could change the name of my character? I like the name Akahito quite a bit, but it doesn't fit the character very much to me. I was thinking Kurai Zoku'Kobashina, or formally Master/Emporer Kobashina. It's Japanese inspired, with a little twang of Argonian (especially) and Khajiit influence. The reason I used a bit of their naming conventions as influence is because they are beast races--much like the Tsaesci.

    Let me know :D

(The art used in this CC are not 100% depictions of this character, but rather accurate ideas of what his visage is. Please keep this in mind while reading, and rely mainly on the descriptions in his CC and use the photos as reference points and imagery. All the art in this CC does not belong to me, all credit goes to the perspective artists.)

    Kurai Zoku'Kobashina
"Tsaesci is "Snake Palace", once the strongest power in Akavir (before the Tiger-Dragon came). The serpent-folk ate all the Men of Akavir a long time ago, but still kind of look like them. They are tall, beautiful (if frightening), covered in golden scales, and immortal. They enslave the goblins of the surrounding isles, who provide labor and fresh blood. The holdings of Tsaesci are widespread. When natives of Tamriel think of the Akaviri they think of the Serpent-Folk, because one ruled the Cyrodilic Empire for four hundred years in the previous era. He was Potentate Versidue-Shaie, assassinated by the Morag Tong." - Speculation described in the ESV book: Mysterious Akavir

    <:::::::::{|===[}~ Basic ~{]===|}:::::::::>

    NAME: Kurai Zoku'Kobashina

ALIAS: Master Kobashina, Supreme Leader Kobashina, King Kurai

AGE: Late 700's to Early 800's

BIRTH-DATE: Sometime in the Late 28th century of the 1st Era

    GENDER: Male

    RACE/ORIGIN: Tsaesci or Serpent Folk

    CLASS: Blade-master

PROFESSION: Ruler of the Tsaesci People, King of the South-western lands of Akavir, Supreme Leader of the Chrysanthemum Armies and Serpent-folk

    LATERALITY: Ambidextrous

SEXUALITY: Bi-Curious but more Asexual than anything

    RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Single

FAMILY: None he cares to share or remember

POSSESSIONS/HEIRLOOMS: The Blood-Helm, a ceremonial helmet gifted to the great leaders and warlords of the Tsaesci People

    AFFILIATIONS: Tsaesci People/Chrysanthemum Clan

AFFLICTIONS: Expert Empath, Telepath and Hypnosis

RELIGION: He abandoned the gods long ago

    <:::::::::{|===[}~ Appearance ~{]===|}:::::::::>

Many call Kurai an abomination--many call him a symbol of Divinity. He sees neither--rather a step up in the evolution of his people. A Cobra Tsaesci, much like the Khajiit's ruler "The Mane", is incredibly rare and has not been seen since the Tsaesci's History early in the 1st era. Some speculate that there are only ever one that exists at a time, some say that they are what the Tsaesci will eventually become--but haven't due to the fact that they are unable to breed with "Lesser Tsaesci."

What sets him apart from the Serpent-folk, one might ask and many have. The way he has aged, the changes in his appearance and physique, his size and abilities. Born looking the same as any other Tsaesci--aside from his Cobra-like hood--he was no larger than his kin; and it seemed the only thing that set him apart was the "mutation" that was on his neck. [Here's an example of what he would have looked like in his adolescence and young adult years: [LINK]

It wasn't long after his 20th year that things started to change within him. He grew in length and girth, his hood grew wider when he flexed it, his scales began to change from once pattern-less to patterned. He started to feel pain just next to each of his eyes, near where a human's temple would be. Before long a new set of eyes appeared, enhancing his eyesight. At the age of 25 his hood was wide and intimidating, with circular, eye-like patterns on them that he was able to hide and show at will... and with these patterns he began to hear voices in his head, feelings in his gut, and behaviors of those around him that felt strange. [Use the Image directly above for an example.]

Within the next 10 years, he became what he finally knew he was supposed to be. He dwarfed over his brethren. He learned he was able to feel and manipulate the feelings and hear the thoughts of others. The most noticeable change however, was his physique. He was almost 2 times the size of a full grown male his same age--with a second set of arms. The patterns that seemed to appear with each year, became intimidating. His once sleek and colorless black was now painted with blood-red lines along his back, head and hood. His eyes looked like that of a Dunmer, and the eye-like patterns on the inside of his hood matched this. [Use the image directly below for an example.]

These changes are what spawned the speculation behind what he may actually be--the next evolution and age of Tsaesci, or even the vessel a minor god created in his image. However, he knows the truth of what he is: the people's long deserved ruler and heir to the once great dynasty of the Tsaesci.

HEIGHT: (While Relaxed or Coiled) 7'4", (While Stretched out) up to 8'9"

LENGTH: (From Nose to Tail) 17'6"

    WEIGHT: 398 lbs.

BUILD: Powerful but Lithe, Lean and Muscular, Flexible and Fluid

FACE: Sharp, Incredibly Serpent Like (in comparison to his brethren), Aggressive, Intimidating

    EYES: Deep, Dark Blood-red

    SKIN/SCALES: Blacker than a Starless Night, a Charcoal-gray underbelly

SCARS: None overly noticeable, but up close you can see the remnants of his previous battles

SCALE PATTERN: A Powerful, Ragged, Gash-like volcanic-red line stretching along his spine from the top of his head to the tip of his tail; the "wings" or edges of his hood are stained with the same rugged red strips; and the inside of his hood holds 4 (2 on each side) eye shaped markings which he can hide and show at will--much like his hood

    <:::::::::{|===[}~ Personality ~{]===|}:::::::::>

TEMPER: Moderate; he's very controlled, however there are quite a few specific triggers that will set him off...violently

OUTLOOK: Positive; he would describe it as great things are destined for him, his allies and his people, but for who tries to tear away his dream for peace and prosperity; not so much

HONOR: Moderate; he is his people's ultimate judgement when it comes to whether a certain party is worthy of honor--which means those on his bad side may not get the same treatment of those on his good

    ALIGNMENT: Chaotic Good

POSITIVE TRAITS: Ambitious, Headstrong, Motivated, Empowered, Confident, Open-minded, Communicable, Strategic, Tactical, Critical, Understanding, Empathetic, Compassionate, Selfless, Calm, Level Headed

PHOBIAS: Spectrephobia (Terror brought by one's own appearance, reflection and description)

HABITS/QUIRKS: Tends to hum and sing to himself, Manipulating the feelings of those he likes to happiness and joy, Manipulating the feelings of those he dislikes to sadness and anger

ASPIRATIONS/GOALS: To regain the control of Akavir his people once had, to discover the way to transmit his genes to his people in order to better them all, to kill the leaders and members of all the Dunmer Royal Houses, to invade the capital of Tamriel and let his people rule the foreign land, to find love in someone

<:::::::::{|===[}~ Gear and Fighting Style ~{]===|}:::::::::>

HEAD: Usually nothing, though he would like to wear the ceremonial helm that marks his rule, it doesn't quite fit the shape of his head--not to mention most helmets cover his second set of eyes. Perhaps he'll commission his master smith to craft one special for him...perhaps not

TORSO: Almost always nothing, however he will dress up in formal, royal attire while attending events or judging those who who have done wrong by his people and his territory

ARMS AND SHOULDERS: He will often wear a simple leather pauldron and harness, along with matching bracers upon his wrists/forearms; though only does so when not in his keep

WAIST: He always wears a large belt matching that of his harness, which has the sheathes of all his weapons, as well as a small pouch to carry the few miscellaneous items he may need

(Here's a Link of what his armor could look like)
    [LINK]

EVERYDAY CARRY: All his blades, some gold, a small bottle of venom harvested from his own fangs, a long pip with smoking herbs, and the occasional tome for reading.

WEAPONS: His dual Tantos (the tanto is a stylish dagger variant of Akaviri design), that are sheathed along his back, his dual Wakizashi (the wakizashi is an elegant and refined single-edged version of the more common double-edged longswords of Western design), sheathed the most forward at each of his sides, his dual Katanas (he Akaviri katana is too expensive and sophisticated a weapon to be popular with the Legions or hero-adventurers, but well-heeled nobles, collectors, and swordmasters prize the blade for its superior balance and effectiveness), sheathed just behind his Wakizashi, and lastly in a sheathe attached to the back of his upper harness is a single Dai Katana long-sword (exotic two-handed, single-edged long blades of Akaviri design).

FIGHTING ABILITIES: He carries a large arsenal of options when it comes to battle--all of which he uses situational, and surprisingly often. His own claws for one (along with his fangs) secrete a thing, pious venom at will; he uses these often in one on one close combat fights. His Tanto blades he prefers to use when he needs quick dispatch of multiple enemies up close. His Wakizashi are used when he wishes to resort to a close combat, calculated and tactical assault on groups of foes. His Katanas are uses mainly in uncontrolled, ravaging group fights, when he needs nothing but speed and efficiency. Lastly, his Dai Katana he uses for fights of honor--whether this be against a challenger wishing to Usurp his seat as leader, executing those who have done wrong, or a fight with an exceptionally worthy foe.

FIGHTING STYLE: He is an incredibly aggressive fighter when he needs to be, and an incredibly conservative fighter as well. He never goes into a fight without taking in all he can about his opponents, quickly, almost by reflex, strategizing what moves and actions he might take. He might get into the heads of his opponents, depending on who they may be, and manipulates what they feel in order to give him an advantage or edge in the fight. This could be making them overly angry and aggressive, or even overly intimidated and fearful. Along with the weapons he uses, he makes exceptional use of his own body, grabbing and throwing opponents, hitting them with his tail, coiling around them to control their movements. Whatever it may be, Kurai is a formidable foe in battle. However, like any warrior, he does have his weaknesses. Somebody with strong will, and as much experience as he can present quite the challenge for him to face. Enemies larger than himself are an almost guaranteed trump for him as well, due to the fact that he dwarfs most that he meets.

    <:::::::::{|===[}~ History ~{]===|}:::::::::>
(I'm keeping this as lore friendly as I can, while also taking some of my own ideas and take on the lore--so it won't be 100% lore friendly...not that it matters as there isn't much lore on them to begin with... but I'm using actual in-game books and tomes to get all this info--so I can say at least the history of the Tsaesci people is 100% accurate.)

THE TSAESCI PEOPLE: For centuries the Tsaesci ruled the majority of Akavir--so much so that they even infiltrated the Septim Dynasty in Tamriel as Royal Potentates; chief advisers to the Emperor himself. This was the regular, for many eras. Then, upon the assassination of Reman III, last of his name, the Tsaesci Potentate Versidue-Shaie took control of the Empire; a Serpent-ruler in Tamriel. The Tsaesci were not only the seat of power in their home continent, but on a continent foreign to them--and much like in their Empire at home, Shaie began to suppress and eliminate all rebellion within the empire he ruled. All the while, the Serpent-folk at home destroyed and devoured the Human population on Akavir--leaving only those Akavirian Humans left on Tamriel to survive.

41 years of ruling the Tamriel, and Shaie was at the seat of an impoverished nation. Though all violence was stopped, all resistance suppressed, it was easy to see that the Tsaesci Ruler was not at the approval of those who he ruled over. In the 2nd Era, the year 324, the Morag Tong--much like Shaie's predecessor--assassinated the serpent. Which ultimately led to the ban of the Morag Tong, outlawing them for a millennia. Shaie's Potentate, Savirien-Chorak, assumed the role of leader, much like his once great Emperor. It was only 6 years that he was allowed to rule, but his fate was inevitable. The denizens of Tamriel would no longer be ruled and controlled by a Tsaesci, and so a new brotherhood of assassins--formed in the dissolution of the Morag Tong--killed the Emperor. Thus, the Dark Brotherhood made a name for themselves, but left Tamriel in a state of total chaos and unrest.

Back on the Home Province of the Serpent-folk, it seemed that their fate was to become no different that the Potentates in Tamriel. Shortly after bringing the Akavirian Humans into extinction on the continent, the Serpents grew more hungry with power. They sought to control the entirety of the continent, and got incredibly close to doing so. The Tang Mo receded further East, far enough that the Tsaesci turned their attention elsewhere, all while ignoring the Snow Demons and the then Po'Tun. Where, you may ask? 'Tis simple: the Dragons.

Knowing full well that these beasts were heavily worshiped by the Po'Tun and Tang Mo, as well as incredibly feared by the Snow Demons, the Tsaesci sought their destruction and enslavement. They were mostly successful too, enslaving the entire population of Red Dragons, and killing the majority of the Black--before what was left of them fled to the territory of the Po'Tun.

It was then that a great war between the Tsaesci and the Po'Tun took place. It ravaged the majority of the continent and left both parties weak and virtually powerless, and most importantly; wiped out what was left of the Dragon Population on Akavir. It is said those that survived are the Dragons seen in the Dragon Crisis on Tamriel--having fled the war.

While the now Ka'Po'Tun spent their time of rebuilding, they also studied the ability of transforming into their once worshiped beasts, and the weakened Tsaesci were sent reeling. Returning the concurred land to the Tang Mo and Ka'Po'Tun. It seemed to the other denizens of the Continent, especially those virtually unaffected by the war and the Tsaesci Empire, that all was well in Akavir again. However, the cost of the Serpent-folk's actions has lead to the united hatred of their people by what seems like the entire world of Nirn.

Now, the newly formed Tsaesci Supremacy led by none other than Supreme Leader Kobashina, seeks to restore their power in Akavir--to take back the lands they have lost, to regain positive standing with the other Akavirian Races, and bring the Tsaesci into a light of peace, respect and diplomacy his people have never seen before.

KURAI'S UPBRINGING: One might call Kurai the underdog, perhaps even the "ugly duckling" of the Tsaesci. He was born misunderstood, disgusted by his own parents and people, cast out to die as the abomination that they saw him as. Much like the others who were born like him long ago, he was the only void-black serpent in the entire empire. The only Cobra-Tsaesci since the people's virtually endless history had last recorded seeing. However, unlike his ancestors, he was not executed. The Empire and it's people were too focused on the conquering of Akavir and the growth of their power, to care at all about an ugly outcast.

So Kurai left, becoming Kurai No-nest, much like all other orphaned serpent younglings like him. However, even they despised him. So, he left. Fled the city he was born in, the capital of his people; his home. Out to fend for himself. To live and learn and study on his own. He stole tomes, watched training exercises from afar, ate scraps, and traveled from city to city, town to town seeking to better himself. His only goal: to become worthy of being part of his people.

Then, what he once thought impossible, the dream he knew deep down would never come true, sparked like a flame before his eyes. He was no longer able to be unnoticed, no longer able to practice from afar, no longer able to steal or eat the leftovers of others without being seen. He was beginning to grow larger, stronger, faster and more intimidating than those his age. His 19th birthday marked the year where one of the Tsaesci Generals invited him into the ranks of their military. The General took him as a squire, taught him as much as all his soldiers, along with the knowledge of leadership, strategy and the history of the world. It was here that Kurai found his name, or more accurately was bestowed it. Zoku'Kobashina. A family name that belonged to the last recorder Cobra-tsaesci, which he uncovered with the help of the General.

His peers often grew jealous of him, challenging him to weaponless fights until tap-out with the permission of the General, and the promise that with their success, they would steal his role as Squire. However, he never once lost. He dwarfed not only his peers, but the general himself. Not only that, but he seemed to evolve in right in front of them. Over a year of pain in his head, led to the growth and development of a second set of eyes; giving him better eyesight, in both distance, accuracy and in the dark. His strength increased, as did his speed and flexibility. His hood grew wider whenever he chose to show it. He began to leave a mark on the ranks of the General's soldiers--as both an intimidating figure that struck fear into them, and as a symbol of power and achievement. Kurai began to get everything he wanted from his people; acceptance, respect and even admiration. The General would defer training sessions to him, testing his ability to lead and inspire.

Kurai squired for the General for almost a decade, helping train his unit, expanding his knowledge and reputation across units throughout the military. He was not only stronger, and a better warrior than most his age, he was an inspiration. His relationship with the General only grew stronger as well. He was a father figure to Kurai, and he taught him so much. Instilled the values of honor, honesty and loyalty in him. He even learned to question the state of the empire, just as the General did. To speak out about the Empires actions, whether he agreed with them or not.

Though he was often encouraged to challenge the General in a dual for his rank, Kurai always refused. He didn't seek power openly, he never wanted power. He only wanted the best for him and those he was loyal to, for the Tsaesci. He remained in the General's unit, not as his Squire but as a member of equal rank with his peers. Nothing more than soldiers in the imperializing of the continent. Decade after decade, century after century, Kurai served the Empire. Honed his psychic-like abilities, carried his unit to more victories than any other. All the while, questioning the purpose of this "war" they were constantly fighting.

Sure he made deep connections with people, relationships and friendships. Found a home back in his home city, the capital. However, throughout his more than 700 years, he never understood, came to terms or respected the orders and actions of his superiors. He merely followed orders, because it was where he was happiest--or so he thought.

Before too long, he began to realize that the admiration and acceptance of those around him wasn't all he wanted any more. He wanted those who were around him, those who were affected by this war, to be happy. None of that would happen if everything the Empire was doing continued to happen as it was. So he began speaking out. Talking to not only his unit and General, but to other units, other people involved, regular citizens who weren't military. Spreading the word that this war was useless, that it only made the world hate them, and that if it wasn't to be stopped, it would likely mean the end for the Tsaesci. First it was the Tang Mo, then the Dragons, then the Po'Tun. It was never going to stop, and at the rate that the war with the Po'Tun was going, there would be nothing left of the Tsaesci to even make things better if the war ever ended. It was time for the Tsaesci to stand up, change the way the leaders were acting, the way the military was following every order to slaughter and enslave. It was time for a new era for the Serpent-folk. A time for peace.

Of course this influence did not bode well for Kurai, or any of those who followed him. It wasn't even 3 months before he was arrested and sentenced to to death. He was going to be an example of what such rebellious behavior led to--he was to die a martyr. But his supporters, his followers wouldn't allow it, no matter how willing Kurai was to take the sword and commit the ancient practice of seppuku. They demanded a trial by combat, and a Dual with the Emperor to prove the people's demand for change.

KURAI'S RISE TO POWER: It was no surprise that he beat the Empire's champion--an loyalist Commander. A man who was responsible for the death of many dragons, the conquering and control of some of the Po'Tun's territories. A silver scaled, gold striped Serpent less than half Kurai's age. A fierce warrior capable to strike down his superiors in order to do what they couldn't. Kurai was surprised at his progress, but not impressed. He was just about to die, and he had just accepted that fact. If he were to lose to the Commander, he would still serve as a martyr. Likely one that would spark an uprising--a rebellion. One that would most certainly win now that the War was coming to a close.

The battle was short. Weaponless and quick, it was clear that the Commander had no edge against Kurai. The only way the silver serpent could use it was through applying harvested venom to his claws--or biting him. However, Kurai, his venom leaked from his claws like an open wound. The Commander's fear was thick, as was his determination and hatred toward Kurai. Though Kurai could have easily turned that against the man without hesitation, he let it consume the Commander. Kurai moved only one arm, with a swift, striking claw as the man charged at him. As the Commander reeled, it was clear that the venom had already began to take it's affect. The onlookers, the Emperor, his loyalists, and Kurai watched the Commander writhe, before becoming catatonic. As his breathing slowed, Kurai felt the fear and panic in the man, and let his calm and relaxed feeling seep into the Commander. That was that.

The glare that the Emperor gave him with his Dai Katana in his hands, was nothing short of pathetic. The Emperor was unreadable to Kurai--probably already knew his ability and practiced to counter it--however Kurai had read thousands of faces, enough to know that the Emperor was anything but confident in his ability to dual with Kurai. After all, he had just watched Kurai kill a man with nothing more than a scratch, and without moving anything but his arm. It was clear he didn't want the same fate as his Commander, so he opted a traditional Dai Katana dual. Kurai was happy to oblige, and at that point he was more than determined and happy to behead the arrogant fool. The people who supported him chanted his name, and chanted for the Emperor to die. It was before this dual that Kurai realized he would likely be the one who would help bring peace to Akavir and the Tsaesci.

It was a longer battle than the one moments before, however the outcome was the same; perhaps worse. Kurai cut the Emperor's tail almost entirely off, leaving the man no more than 6 feet long. The Emperor pleaded for mercy, for anything but death, that Kurai could take the throne as long as he let him live. It was with this statement that the once "great" ruler's fate was sealed. Even if Kurai showed him mercy, it was certain the crowd would not--nor his loyalists. He had proved himself to be weak, and a coward--the most dishonorable proclamation as a warrior, and especially as a leader. In this moment alone, Kurai was the ruler of the Tsaesci people without even striking the killing blow.

He was happy to wait for the Emperor to start begging, before hacking at the man's neck. It took 3 strikes in order to get all the way through. Kurai felt every bit of the pain, the fear, the regret, and the shame that suddenly released from the man as he swung. He was not sorry that it was slow, he deserved a painful death--in fact Kurai may have even been holding back a little with each swing. He wanted the man to suffer as much as his people did, as the dragons did, as the world did.

Then, the dual was over. However, he wasn't done. He needed to cleanse the upper ranks, and replace them with his direct supporters. So, as his first order as Emperor, he sentenced them all to immediate death.

After a year or more of reforging his military's ranks, Kurai denounced the Empire. He was to rebuild the Tsaesci people as a Supremacy. To his supporters, it was what they wanted. He had become a symbol of peace, a divine ruler in their eyes, and though Kurai didn't necessarily agree or believe in that fact he was more than willing to take all he had learned, and all the wants and needs of his people into account as he ruled. And rebuild his nation into one they would all be proud of. One that would be respected and revered.

It's been 11 years since he took the crown, and he has since rebuilt the Capital City of Hebimaktii. He has set up a second main city, giving the control of it's management to his teacher and now considered adopted father: the General of his military unit in the war. Ittehmachi is the city, perched to the north on the border of the Tsaesci territory, awaiting the return of the Tang Mo to peacefully reconnect with this border like it had once been, thousands of centuries ago. Thus ushering a time of peace between the two nations. Now, Kurai has focused on the building of a knew city to the East, Echiihao, to renew the ancient border with the now Ka'Po'Tun.

Peace is on Akavir's doorstep, and in it's near future. It's only a matter of whether or not it's other leaders are willing to take the offer along with him.

Very nice, one of the better CC's I've seen! I'll get to work on finishing off mine, as the last one was a quick put together and base template. If you can find anyone who'd like to join in the meantime, that'd be great. If they like their own characters, tell them thats fine. I was only putting up these leaders as a main directive and recommended to keep it lore friendly, if you want other characters that's fine. Good luck.

Just a note though, I've changed it a lot since my last one. I've read into the lore some more and have seen that my original story conflicts with the canon sources of 'Mysterious Akavir'. I've changed it up a bit, and changed some aspects such as his appearance and personality. It will be released soon (hopefully within this weekend) and then we can look to get at least 1-2 more people, hopefully.
