Workers(If possible): All Orcs have a craft of some sort, like mining, blacksmithing, Hunting, etc. However they are also trained to fight from an early age for when the need arises.
Military: The Orcish army is comprised of several Orcish war bands. Each Warband is made up of several hundred Orcs. These warriors are each highly independent, and refuse to fight in any sort of formation, or with any standard equipment. Many Orcs choose to go into battle unarmoured, so as to collect scars, and prove their bravery. While the individual Orc is a fearsome opponent when fueled with the blood-rush, organized troops can drive them back with serried formations. In order to counteract this, the Orcs use their mountainous hold to their advantage, employing sudden ambushes, and guerrilla raids.
How does your Jarl act? Grogmar is generally well respected by his chieftains, but he knows that some would challenge him to a brawl for control of the Jarl’s position. Due to this, Grogmar is wary of any who might become powerful, in case he has to fight them for power.
Grogmar is a harsh leader, but it takes a harsh leader to lead a harsh people. He refuses to wear armor into battle, and prefers to fight with his axe and mace, seeking out the enemy general in order to challenge them. Grogmar enjoys vast feasts after battle, and is known to be able to handle his ale better than younger Orcs. It is his age that proves the challenge- he knows he is weakening, and must struggle to hold opposition from within the realm back until his son and become Jarl.
What weather is it: The weather in Grashnikh Hold freezing. In summer, the snow thaws slightly to reveal rocky crags, and long grass. However for most of the year, the land is blanketed in snow, and ice. There are frequent blizzards, which can be fatal if one cannot find safety.

What race is your country: The entire country is Orcish, with very few immigrants.
Is your faction territorial? Grashnikh Hold is extremely territorial, and will retaliate to incursions without warning and with extreme force. This mentality also persists within the holds, creating a competition between chiefs.
Does your faction trade with others? They trade infrequently, preferring to be entirely self-sufficient. However, the best mead is brewed elsewhere, and so deals have been struck with local merchants in order to trade furs, and Orcish metalworking, and enchanting, in exchange for alcohol.
What’s your faction known for? It’s known for its complex and cutthroat internal politics, as well as for the ferocity of its warriors. However, due to their xenophobic customs, outsiders know little about the true goings-on within the hold.
