With the Stormcloaks having freed Skyrim nearly 15 years ago, the kingdom has settled into peace. A council of sorts has formed, marked by the Jarl of each hold and several Ordforers (Mayors) of towns or Commanders of Forts joining their delegations. The Skyrim High Assembly is held once every three months. Issues of all kinds are discussed and resolved, and new laws/ideas are proposed. The High King is elected here, and he/she presides over the dealings. Can you solve the issues of the land? Can you lead your Hold to greatness?
(This is a rather ambitious idea, so it may or may not work out. Please have patience, as there are a lot of slots to fill. Suggestions are appreciated, so long as they aren't rude)
Aside from the regular rules of Roleplay, please follow these rules/suggestions:
    1. Anyone can suggest anything, but this is designed to resolve issues. For example: "Dragon Bridge is consistently attacked by forsworn, can we get Solitude and Markarth to send soldiers to protect us?" or "I propose a new law forbidding discrimination of the Dark Elves."
    2. Acting out certain events via story or witness is an excellent way to fill the space, so we don't just have to listen to political chatter. Provide eyewitness accounts of the attack on Fort Hraggstead, or explain how your contingent cleared out the Bandit Encampment.
    3. While Jarls are the military and final political leaders, the Ordforers/Commanders can still propose and vote on things. Jarl's votes are worth 2, and Ordforer's votes are worth 1.
    4. The High King is OnlyThePie to begin, but every so often, a new one will need to be elected. The High King resolves blocked debates, stops rude or unceremonious action, and is worth 3 votes.

    Race: Nord
    Age: 48
    Gender: Male
    Height: 6' 3"
    Weight: 245 lbs (111 kg)
    Marital Status: Unmarried
Habits: Stroking his beard, drinking, reading
    Positive Traits: Intelligent, Perceptive, Calm
Negative Traits: Moderate Alcoholic, Stubborn, Grim
History/Background: Elected to Jarl of Markarth at the young age of 22, Hrokir was a stern and level-headed ruler. He avoided great change for the hold, and struggled with the Forsworn for a considerable amount of time. He arranged a truce with them to last a period of 8 years, this truce is due to expire in the coming spring. His talent with the Forsworn negotiation and his able leadership caused him to be elected to High King approximately a year ago. He has served well for his first short term.
Political Disposition (Militaristic, Peaceful, Mercantile, etc.): Consistence with past rulings, Peacekeeping
General Appearance & Posture: A large man by most standards, his size is accentuated by his massive barrel-chest. Large hands and bigger arms lend to the appearance of strength, and an early graying of his hair gives him a wizened look.
Hair (Length, color, etc.(includes beard)): Large mane of grey hair down to his shoulder-blades. Enormous thick, grey beard.
Skin & Eye colors: Average Nord Pinkish-pale skin, Bluish-grey eyes.

    Name-Jervell the Fearless

    Height-6'4
    Weight-250 lbs
    Marital Status-Unmarried
Habits- Training, yelling at new recruits, making sure the first is always it top shape
Positive Traits- Fearless, Not afraid to die for his king, will kill any enemy in sight
Negative Traits- All his positive traits taken to the extreme, such as pushing his soldiers into a slaughter, so they can have an honorable death.
Backstory- Was nothing more than a lone warrior occasionally recruited by nobles to guard land or kill troublesome forsworn. But when he lead a force of 425 stormcloaks and took back nearly the entire Reach from the Forsworn in a 8 year campaign, his actions were praised and condemned. Jervell wanted no reinforcements and every battle was an all out melee conflict. By the end of his campaign only 4 of his soldiers remained. But his military skill was praised and eventually he was placed as commander of Fort Karthspire.
Political Disposition- Due to his famed military campaign, most turned to him for military guidance. But when conflicts required a more stealthy approach he was not the one to be turned to.
General Appearance and posture- Jervell is noted for his tall muscular look, hardened from years of battle. With his short cropped hair and mostly shaven face, he is the very model of a military commander. He has two scars, both on the left side of his face. One starts from his ear to his neck, the other from the upper lip, down to the side of his chin.
    Eye Color- Ice Blue
    Hair Color- A dark brown
Hair- Jervell keeps his hair short and makes sure he is clean shaven
    Skin- Average Pale nord skin
Clothing- Always wears his nordic carved armor, and carries his steel sword.

I appreciate your application, but I doubt this story will go through, it was nearly dead when you brought it back. You can of course, stay if you like, I'm just warning you. If you would like to stay, please add a political disposition to your CC (See my card). I'll put you on the list for now. I'll also need a color for your chat.
