The Everyday Deeds of Ordinary Folk

I was playing skyrim earlier today and though it would be interesting to have a roleplay that focused on the normal people. Low ranking soldiers in the civil war, blacksmiths, hunters, probably focusing on one town or city. And we would focus on how the war, the dragonborn, and other major questlines effected the citizens. Anyone interested?

I think it's a good idea. I personally have had the idea to write a fan-fic about a shop owner during this time, and I planned on doing it, just never have had the proper amount of time to invest.

I would definitely need more details before I would say I'm interested, though. Like, is the RP just going to be our characters thoughts and opinions? No action? (Note that I'm fine with this, I just want some clarity.)

Is stuff going to happen? Is time going to move forward and force our characters to adapt to new situations? (Stormcloak/Imperial victory, other outside circumstances.)

Anyways, just some thoughts of mine.

There would be different events that would happen, such as an invasion of a city, though I'm not sure if I'd have either side win. Our characters would interact and form relationships with each other. There would be rivalries, like the Gray-Manes and Battle-Borns, and the city would be invaded,at some point, which would force people to choose a side. We'd start out with a dragon attack.

This might be really cool, I always wandered what an NPC's live was like, and this is the closest to doing something like that.
I really like the idea and I'm definitely interested.

Similar idea to something I've been toying at for a while:

RP composed of soldiers. Not a group that is elite or special in any way. Just a squadron of troops edging out a living in the Civil War.

Roleplay the everyday life. Wake up, wash, eat breakfast, go to work, chitchat (Oh my, did you see John? Those shoes and that shirt..) etc.

Seems like a fun idea, I just have the idea you can't do something exciting. But I could be wrong..
