The craftsman build

I was wondering if this was viable. A build where you can smith armor that makes you practically unkillable, brew a poison that can stop a giants heart in two beats, and enchant a weapon so strong that yo could make a fork deadly. Invest spare points in desired offensive abilities, skills and spells. Can this be done?

For the armor yes.

For the poison, yes, using the restoration loop glitch.

For the fork, no. But you can do it with the lowest weapon on in the game though: the iron dagger.
