I got curious about that Talos statue in front of High Hrothgar, and binged it. The above quoted topic came up. The book is supposed to be somewhere in High Hrothgar, but I've found all of the books. Is this one hidden? I want his armor.

If you open the console, you can get the item ID with "help Talos" and page up to find the book. Then player.moveto ID might move you to where it is.

Player.placeatme will drop 1, and player.additem will put it in your inventory.
