    Please do not post here. This is thread describing the main antagonists of the Blight roleplay series. This will include every enemy the companions, as well as other adventuring groups facing off against the Blight will encounter.

    Note: The Blight, or at least this Blight is not a part of Biowares' Dragon Age games.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Corpsers- Standing about a foot under the height of an average man, Corpsers were given the name due to their pale, grey-green skin coloration, and their gaunt appearance, making them seem more corpselike from a distance than any living thing. Despite their scrawny appearance, Corpsers are quite vicious, with long, black claws in the place of fingernails. Their eyes are slightly larger than human eyes, and completely yellow. Their jaws are large, due to the double row of jagged teeth in them.
    Corpsers lack both weapons and armour, besides their claws and teeth. They are the weakest of the Blight footsoldiers, and due to their lack of proper armour, are easy to dispatch. However, Corpsers remedy their physical weakness by rushing the foe in large groups, overwhelming them in a tide of slashing,biting bodies. The bite of a Corpser is lethal, since the creatures saliva carries some disease that causes death within a few hours of being bitten.
    Corpsers are often used as forward scouts by the Blight, due to them being considered largely expendable. As the Blight became more and more widespread, Corpsers were sent into the mountain passes, and Dwemer ruins, where they were ideally suited for the cramped confines, due to their smaller stature.
    Slayers- About the height of the average man, Slayers make up the majority of the Blight foot soldiers. Unlike the Corpsers, Slayers wear armour, and know how to wield both shields and weapons. Though they are competent fighters, they're frequently outmatched by anyone with a bit of skill. However, the sheer savagery of their attacks often overwhelms an enemy force. These Blight soldiers participated both in the battle for Markarth and Riften.
    Reavers- Tall, menacing warriors. They stand at least a head over most men, and have dark red flesh. Reavers are the elite of the Blight forces, wearing plate armour, wielding tempered steel swords with serrated edges, and wide, rectangular, shields, that curve towards the body. These forces are the most disciplined of the Blight forces. Able to go up against and overcome most other military forces in the world.
    Brute- Some foul mirror of Skyrims' trolls in the world above. They have four eyes, as opposed to the troll. It has thick, dark grey skin, covered in a short layer of coarse, black hair. Occasionally armoured, though the beasts skin is thick enough to take quite a few blows with bladed or blunt weapons. Though Brutes can use weapons, they are just as dangerous without, and can crush a person with it's powerful grip.
    Gargant- A large giant like creature. Dark grey skin, like the Brute, but larger, around 4-5 metres in height. Gargants skin is as tough as tempered leather armour, making it nearly impervious to slashing attacks, and some projectile attacks. Gargants are known to wear thick armour giving them additional defence against the enemy. They often use huge clubs to smash away defences, and crush enemy foot soldiers and cavalry.
    Warg- A type of wolf, broader and stronger than its' ordinary cousins. Wargs have a fierce temerament, and are often as dangerous as their riders. They possess a low cunning, and take the time to 'strategize' before launching an attack on their prey. Used as mounts by Slayers.
    Wraiths- Skeletal, robed creatures. Powerful magic users and melee fighters. Much stronger than ordinary wraiths, and capable of adapting their strategy to better defeat their opponents.
