Stuck in vampire lord, can't transform back to normal form.

Hello, I am in need of assistance with the game. I am on lvl 70 and I just downloaded the dlc Dawnguard the other day finally. I am at the part where I get my vampire powers by Harkon and as I'm going through the tutorial dialogue with him on my new powers, I'm not able to transform back to my normal form after he wanted me to transform. It just gives me the sound that I would normally get when I'm out of magicka. I can't find anything online about it. It's the quest called bloodline. Please help!! Thanks
