Stuck in Diplomatic immunity

Malborn has taken me to the back room, and I have acquired my gear, but he doesn’t seem to recognize that. He is still telling me to take my stuff, and the door to the party is locked, so I can’t leave him.

Any suggestions?

Try reloading an earlier save like the previous auto save.

You know you don't go back into th actual party room you left. The door you use is by the chest with your gear.

Try using the Walk Through as it has helped others that have had problems with that Quest...
