PC Skyrim Menu Bug

Hello
I have a problem, when I start the game, instead of the main menu the game loads up with a character in Riverwood named Prisoner. This video should explain:

The game just jumps from the main menu to the ingame world without me doing anything, also it loads up a save I don't even have. I really don't know what is happening, I would appreciate any help.
P.S. I have reinstalled the game twice already and verified the files. The game has no mods.

When did you get the game and when was the last time you logged onto Steam?
