Skyrim glitch issue.. HELP!!

I have glitch were in third person my head does not turn with my body, and when I go to first person my arms will not center and my arms will swap back and forth, I do have mods... If anyone knows a solution it would be helpful.

Sounds like a body physics Mod issue. What mods are you running specific to body? Try to uninstall all of them then reinstall one by one and see if the problem occurs.

I think I was able to fix it by installing head tracking mod and reloading an old save, it hasn't done it since,
