Skyrim Failed To Initialize Renderer Unknown Error

Alright Never had this happen before. I download Skyrim to day and all I get is "skyrim failed to initialize renderer unknown error"

Fix I tryed
Download the game about 2 times
Verification steam
Check for Drvier up dates all good
No skse
No mods
Have game in window mode
Set my Speakers to 16 bit, 441k
INSTALL LATEST DIRECTX VERSION


If there any thing you guys can help me thanks.

Are you running on PC or laptop. I've only had this on my laptop which has a powerful enough graphics card but, for power conservation reasons, it only kicks in when it is needed. So Skyrim tries to start with the almost worthless onboard graphics. I changed the priority for the game to the card and it works fine.
