Skyrim and quest tracking errors

I've started having problems with my saves, at firsdt I thought the game was corrupted so I deleted and redownloaded it. Whenever I craft daedric armor, the armor glows red and no enchants show up and instead it says "atronochflametrail. drem" Also no quests are tracking any longer. I've got numerous mods running.

What you might want to try is craft the deadric armor if enchantments don't show up save over an older save. Reload the save and try re-enchanting it tell me if that helps.
