Is it possible to uuse certain options from one mod with the othe, such as using ACE as a base, and using the magic overhaul from skyre?

I'm not new to modding but I thouught that SkyRE was modular, like ACE, but that's not the case.

I mean fully modular as in being able to choose specific overhauls, not getting all perk changes in the main file and some extra options.

Did you read my comment? I said Skyre is not fully modular as you cannot choose a specific overhaul, such as magic and thievery, whille leaing the rest vanilla.

No ACE and SkyRe are not compatible. Your best bet to is to chose which one you would enjoy playing more or you could be daring and mod the both of them so you can get the best of both worlds.
