Skuldafn Temple Enemies

I'm level 35 and i just recently entered skuldafn temple. I had in installed the "wars in skyrim" mod and thought the game was too hard, so i uninstalled it. But when i entered the temple even after i uninstalled the mod, all the enemies in there we're draugr scourge and deathlords! Is it because of the mod or is it just because i'm a high level? Just wondering. hehe

I believe thats what's in there. played through that twice and thats what I saw, I am on Xbox 360.

I played skuldafn on one character after i Oghma'd to LVL 81 and they were ALL death overlords.. i think thats what the highest LVL draugur are.. and they all had ebony. So yeah, it's based on level.
