Skill (2 Hand) stat reduced..

Its in red telling me something is restricting my 2 hand skill.. i had it at level 56 and its in red saying Lvl 25.. and i've healed myself at the altar and looked at the items im wearing that could mess my 2 hand stats up .. and so far i cant find the reason why its like this.. might be a newbie mistake i dont know yet.. pls help!

I know you've tried the altar but I would also try a cure disease potion just to double tap. Also you might try a enchantment to raise your 2 handed skill. Hopefully it might debug it being stuck in the red.
