Well, the emoticons in general are small, so it may show well. Wow, this could be the first TES 5 forum with TES emoticons. As far as I know. Ahh, I just opened the attachment and it has whiskers too! Cool!

GIMP rocks. It's similar to Photoshop. And it's FREE. There is a bit of a learning curve for it, though. But it's available on all platforms and the open source community that supports it is ridiculously talented.

Gnu Image Manipulation Program. It's at gimp.org and if you ever use any of the Unix variants, you'd find that they are particularly witty and clever when naming their programs. Some of them are a real riot. And more funny if you have to say them out loud.

IMO at least two more then the "smilies" box looks more symmetrical
