The Black Knight
I just found a guy at the Nightgate Inn, and he's wielding a Blades Sword. Fultheim is his name. Does anyone know his story or why he'd have a Blades sword?

No soul gem large enough.
No further evidence of his backstory that I've come across, but he certainly seems to be drinking away his past... also he reportedly attacks you if you've got a bounty in The Pale. So he could well be an ex-Blade or a Blade in hiding.
Or, maybe he just stole his sword from a Blade.
Interestingly one of the captives you have to kill at the start of the Dark Brotherhood questline is also called Fultheim the Fearless. Long-lost evil twin? :S

A lot of stuff were put into the game but not used, such as the priests in whithrun owning a key to a house that does not exist. Perhaps there would be a mission to find hidden members but they decided not to put it in.

Maybe on the the mods decided to have a little fun, and stir up a little something that is actually nothing :/ . At least the mods weren't dicks like in SWTOR
