I found a strange book and I am not sure if it leads to the "sea of ghosts quest?"
In the book it has all the mapping of the sea of ghosts. but what do I do next? How do I obtain the quest?
can I read through this book? such a mystery and terribly mysterious.
So, what does this book mean? I found the book "sea of ghosts" in the river wood inn.
Not sure what to make of it?
do I read the entire book?
