Scrolling sidebar or options on the bottom

Reading thread from top to bottom, it's kind of annoying to having to scroll all the way up to click on Alerts or 'What's New'. I think it would be useful if we had a sidebar that will follow us as we scroll and have options like 'what's new' and more. Or you could just put those options at the bottom also.

A scrolling sidebar... that does sound awesome. Thanks a lot for the suggestion. It will be a bit hard to implement, so I hope it's not too much of a hassle to live with this for now.

You can always click 'top' that's in the footer which takes you to the top!

Either that or just add a footer at the bottom of page with a link back to the top.

oh... I didn't notice that lol. I don't think putting 'top' between 'contact us' and 'skyrim forums' is appropriate functionality-wise. It's in a obscure location. Maybe on the right side of the line with Forum-chain like Forum>News and Discussion>Suggestions/Feedback?
