Running mods?

Anyone in the community running mods yet? If so what would you recommend? I'm looking at a few to help enhance this already awesome game.

There arent any full mods yet since we dont have the creation kit. There are some mods to enhance the faces and retexture some things. i dont really feel the need to get any little tweaks like that yet.

I ran into a mod yesterday that boasted adding 90 new spells to the game. I'm not sure how this works exactly, and I don't really want to try it out because that's just overkill(not to mention would be a huge pain in the ass thumbing through the favorites list to pick the exact spell you would need).
