I installed Shivering Isles for my current character at level 37, and did Final Resting before seeing Sheogorath. For some reason, I received the level 1-6 version of the Ring of Happiness, yet I when I go talk to Sheogorath and he gives me the Charity of Madness, it's leveled appropriately? That doesn't make any sense. I read the leveled items you receive are when you install SI, not when you receive them. So why is my happiness ring the wrong level?
