i could imagine a huge dungeon, pitch black. only your torch in your hand. somehow remove the red dot in the compass to show where he is, and somehow increase his 'awareness' area so he can come after your. and when he gets to you, he attacks with a loud noise and instantly kills you, unless you find the 8 pages which can protect you.

Yeah I'd love to see a mod like that. Kinda reminds me of the shrieking ghost from the MMM mod for Oblivion....gave me shivers and made my heart race like crazy.
