Pretty much what the title asks, what is a game you've started playing recently (we'll say anytime this year) that really enjoy for whatever reason? For me, I've found a independent game called Automation - The Car Company Tycoon that I've started to sink my time into. Currently a beta/early access either through their website or on Steam, it's eventually going to be a game where you will be in charge of a car company and you get to design the different vehicles and engines you can use, spanning from the 1940's to the 2020's. Currently though, the sandbox and challenge modes are available to play and they are constantly updating it. And just to give you an idea of the game, here is an album of a car I've made in it. :)

I know it's an older title now, but I just started playing Borderlands with Red, and it's been super fun, you guys. We're not even playing it right, but we're so badass it doesn't matter.

I'm playing the Siren, and I never use Phasewalk, because I snipe everything, instead. Red is playing the Hunter, but he's tanking instead of sniping. It's hilarious, especially when I have more shield than he does.

Before I cave in to the new gen of consoles, I make sure I have titles from the older gen that are on my imaginary list. I bought a new tiny ps3 and blitzed all the ps3 specific titles this year, heavy rain was great and beyond two souls was good, also the unchartered series, I was kinda spoilt for choice but now I'm almost ready to update to a next gen. I cant leave this play through of skyrim unfinished!

Real life, Because you can improve your characters muscular build by pumping some iron and hitting the books so your intelligence level could increase so you may become a success. You can also aquire a partner, such as a girlfriend and spend time with her.. I swear to god guys it's the most realistic game yet, the most INSANE graphics, the senses (feel, touch, smell and taste etc). Honest to god.. you must try it.

I can't afford that, though. I must stick to my consoles and fantasy games.

Fallout 3 - I got it in a case full of random games a couple years ago and it was collecting dust until a few months ago. Couldn't believe how I didn't play this sooner. I can understand why some people like this game more than TES series. It's way too addicting.

Resonance of Fate - This one game where you travel throughout a tower to kill plenty of people and machines with guns and grenades (and if you're daring some dog doodoo lol). I like that the game doesn't hold your hand like most games do nowadays and you have to think outside the box most of the time to kill the enemies or YOU WILL DIE, especially in the later part of the game. If you like a good challenge this game is a must.

Oh, I rediscovered Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. I rented it years ago, enjoyed it thoroughly, but never got around to buying it. I found out it was on sale on XBL and bought it through that.

It might be way over hyped, but I greatly enjoyed Undertale.
The story, and characters were great. I won't lie... I may have cried, more than once in the game.

I'm also a sucker for the music as well.
I may have had Megalovania on loop on my I-pod for a least a good 2 months after the game.

All three Witcher games. I received a hint that the trilogy was on sale on Steam; all three games for a total of way less than Witcher 3's normal price. One of the best investments I've ever made. :D

I'm still calling Skyrim my all-time favourite game, but it's got three really strong challengers now... even Witcher 1, despite its age, is better than the older Elder Scrolls games. Geralt is easily my all-time favourite game character, and I greatly enjoy playing as all three of his "incarnations". CD Projekt Red have some serious skill when it comes to creating games that work great on all levels (gameplay, story, choices & consequences, characters etc.).

Needless to say I'm eagerly waiting for Witcher 3's second expansion, Blood & Wine. Won't be long now.

I've been playing a lot of Stardew Valley lately. I loved Harvest Moon as a kid so Stardew Valley is great for nostalgic reasons. Also it's nice to just relax and harvest some crops.

I have never been a fan of FPS games, but I recently discovered Battlefield 4 thanks to some of my friends. I cannot be happier with that game, even so I became addicted to it. It is such a good game with excellent graphics, creative gameplay, and amazing community. I would recommend it to anyone and you can play it competitively or just for fun like I do. I am just a beginner but I am hoping to become a better player as time goes by, of course!

I've been on a Witcher binge lately too. I got through the first two easy enough. Now I'm on the third one and Im getting distracted easily. Since its my tendency to try and check every "?" on the map its taking me freaking forever to get anything done! It's maddening i tell you!

Borderlands: The pre-sequel; although the humor is not as great and intelligent as Borderlands 2, I do enjoy the boosting and slamming. I love the Borderlands series simply for the diversity of weapons! Oh, and I am Claptrap at the moment :D

You know you can disable the question marks, right? ;)
I think I did that almost immediately after starting my first playthrough. Same with some of the minimap options. Skyrim was the first (open-world) RPG I ever played, so I found the question marks in Witcher 3 made exploring a lot less rewarding. But as a result of my choice to turn them off I have yet to get the Pest Control achievement. :p
