Raldbthar???

Hi, this is my first post.

Love Skyrim, what an amazing game.

Am having some trouble with one quest. Hoping that you might be able to help me.

Early on in the game I was wandering around just enjoying the land where I came up on Raldbthar. I managed to make my way through to the big centurion at the end and defeat him to have the drawbridge come down. I didn't open the gate at the end as you go up cos i missed the lever so went back all the way through. (Idiot)

I didn't have the attenument sphere at that time so I decided to go back and do something else.

The problem is now that having come back, the drawbridge has now lifted and when i press the button to have it drop it says that 'The door does not have power'. Argh!

All the skulls and bones that I'd took out initially to make it work are no longer there, but still the cogs are making that horrible noise like there is something in them.

The drawbridge is up and when i press the button for the drawbridge to drop it says that 'The door does not have power'.

Can you help me out on this? Is it a glitch or is there something I have to do to make the bridge work again?

I read on the wiki that sometimes the bones will spawn on the floor instead, but still jam the gears. Good luck, hope this helps.

thanks man, checked out the wiki page and done everything what it said but to no avail.

What do you get once you put the sphere in after the bridge has dropped?

Is there a cheat of some kind for just this bit? A code or something?

You could probably do something on the console if you are on PC, but I would not know. Wish I could help you out, sorry it took so long to respond. You have no doubt moved on by now.

Yeah, have moved on. It's a shame as I didn't know that you should follow quests when they come up. I just thought I was being a bad-ass creeping bit by bit through a really hard dungeon. It wouldn't have been a problem if I had opened the door of the tower at the end when you come out but i didn't spot the lever so went all the way back. Never mind, j89ust would have liked to have got the goodies from my ill gotten gains.
