I've forgotten where it it, but Googling to the UESWIKI says it's WSW, but the map shows it more of a NW between Wimdhelm and Winterhold.
Oaky, I finally found it! It's more of a WSW and about directly West of Uttering Hills Cave, which is about directly west of Morvunskar. Or, if you go straight south from Forsaken Cave, crossing the water and then going up. Wolves and Troll's await you.
