I read on the elder scrolls wiki that the Fire Within buff (the one you get if you select Yol while meditating with Paarthurnax) will sometimes increase fire spells (yes, not only fire breath damage but fire spells to) damage by 25%. I tried selecting the word several times but I didn't get the bonus. I don't know if this is intentional or if it is a glitch. But anyways, how do I get the buff to increase not only fire breath damage but the fire spells damage as well?
