Is there a mod like QD Inventory but for the PS4? I've been on the website and I can't seem to find anything like it. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

No, unfortunately. Mods like that require elements that aren't already included in Skyrim's coding, and on PS4 mods that add things like that aren't compatible.
