'Faster' doesn't really mean much, nor is it accurate to what you mean. But the PS4 uses DDR5 RAM as opposed to Xbone's DDR3, the PS4 has a more powerful GPU, and while I'm not 100% sure on the CPUs, PS4's appears to be the better according to the first link.
