oh and this is my wall paper, I use rocket dock so I have no icons visible

You talking about the one at the top or the left one? Anyway all of them are from Omnino skin for Rainmeter.
It sort of has a Windows 8 theme for it as well, I just tailor it to suit my taste and preference.
