Not enough room for name

I noticed that people with long screen name like mine gets cut. You know, my name would appear like this:

It's kind of annoying and there must be a better way to put our ID. It's not that important and I'm nit-picking but I'm just saying as a suggestion.

I like the avatar at the side, instead of at the top like most forums. So try and keep it as it is, apart from the width of course

I would suggest making the width enough for whatever the max character limit is.

Is there anyway to change your name slightly? I just upgrade my account and the star in my name means the last letter of my name is now on a 2nd line. It annoys me endlessly, any ideas?
