No option to upgrade worn shrouded armour

Hey guys, first off, new here so thought id join up and scan the forums.

Ok my problem, ive picked up the worn shrouded armour and enchanted it and just come to upgrade, when i open up the workbench, none of the shrouded gear shows up, im 100 smithing with all the smithing perks, ive got 4 smithing gear that gives a bonus of 45% smithing and also a potion that increases my smithing by 125%, but i just dont get any option to upgrade, anyone have any idea why this is?

Im on the Ps3 btw.

Yead i did read it was a bug, but then i read that it was working fine for other ps3 users, strange.
