No Dragon Souls glitch

Hi,
I have the Dragonborn DLC and I started the Mirrak quest line.
Since I did not save any dragon souls I have a big problem.

Version one:
I go straight back to Skyrim kill a dragon get the soul stolen. (not suppose to happen)

Version two:
I kill a dragon in Solstheim Mirrak absorbs the soul as supposed.
I go back to Skyrim I get the soul stolen.
Or I go back and everything seems fine but I do not get a soul.

Version three:
I reload an old savegame before even going to Solstheim (I have the quest to go there but did go to Windhelm yet).
I kill a dragon and everything seems fine but I do not get a soul.

I tried the unofficial patches.
I tried to get a soul through the console.

I have no mods scripts installed.

Is there a fix for this?
I do not want to start over.
I hate starting over.

Fixed: I use the console command player.forceav dragonsouls # to get the souls anyways. Kind of cheating but not really since this is a bug.

s1 - I use an X-Box and always save back severl souls , because he steals them . If you bore right in to the DLC you might be able to pull it out . Just go kill him and finish Quest line , He's really not that hard if you run on Adept LVL . Hope I haven't generalized this to much . If I have then Apoligies to you

The problem was I had no souls to purchase the shouts needed.
I fixed this with the console trick.
Killing Mirak was not the problem.

I anyone else gets stuck because they do not have the souls use the command.
After I killed Mirak everything is fine again souls are absorbed like normal.

Not true. Before start Dragonborn, you must have at least 6 souls or after you cleanse all the stones, Miraak will not be able to continue stealing dragon souls.

Hi,
well before I started Dragonborn I did not kill so many dragons.
I just had three shouts. The Fire one, the unrelenting force and the whirlwind speed (or so). Well and the one needed for the stones.
I did not have any souls when I started Dragonborn.
And even savegames before starting Dragonborn were corrupted.
The Dragon just died and that was it. No souls got absorbed.

I do not know what messed it up.
I have no mods and so on installed.
I just started using the unofficial patches after the problem was not fixable by using old savegames.

Strange thing after Miraak died I suddenly had 13 souls avaible.
