New PT; PC can't move

I'm starting a new PT after having deleted some old mods. After the dragon attacks as my PC is at the chopping block, my PC can't move. Earlier PC was able to turn head to look around.

Also, sometimes Stormcloak prisoners suddenly start to run around and fight.

Any idea what mod is causing this? Like I said, I uninstalled a bunch of mods. The only new mod is the relationship dialogue mod. That wouldn't impact character movement would it?
