Hey I am looking for a new build I have done the worrier thing and got bored and the wizerid so any ideas?

telvanni wizard is a fun one. You could also do a nightblade if you want to be a magical assassin

I was looking at a few ranger style builds but I am not sure they would be able to hold up later in the game.

The most powerful build in my opinion is a sneak archer - conjurer. I just played one through the dark brotherhood, main questline, and Dragonborn without equipping a single item in the entire playthrough except the amulet of Mara for the Agent of Mara quest.

A ranger wouldn't have any problems late game at all.

If you didn't equip an item... how could you be an archer....

lol jk. But yeah try one of the mutations of the Sneaky character build. There are a ton of options But I recommend you just learn to lockpick free hand cause the perks in that tree are useless until you get really high level.
