My head is missing

Alright, so I changed my race from Kajiit to Breton. For some reason, my head disappeared. I can't see the neck. In fact, if I look at my body from above, I can see the ground right through the neck hole.

How might I fix this problem? I tried using the command that allows me to reset the customization of my character, but when I did that my skills were drastically changed. (I have 100 Smithing, 100 Enchanting, 87 Heavy Armor, 94 Two-Handed. It reset them to 20 of everything besides Restoration and Archery, which it put at 100 )

Does anyone know how to fix this without resetting my character into one of these strange Restoration/Archery based presets? >.<

It sounds like you're on a PC and have either used exploits or the console to cheat your way up and back in the skills along with changing your race. There is always a risk doing that and looks like you found on of the reason not too. I'd say reset it back to khajiit and see what happens or reload a game prior to when you made the original change.

I only had this happen to me once when I was using tim to survive a particularly nasty encounter. The guy decapitated me, but I lived from the tim command. had to reload to fix it. LOL

Actually, I didn't cheat for anything besides the race change. I only did it for the benefits of being Breton. Gotta love that magic resistance.
