Mod that adds marriage option for Elisif?

hey all, i saw a mod that makes Ulfric a marriage option and a follower. i am wondering, can someone make a mod that allows people to marry Elisif (after you become thane)? you do not have to make her a follower obviously but being able to marry her would be cool.

i am not one for coding things in, a mod makes it more legit. console code feels-wrong. besides a lot of other mods that add marriage options, have characters that you can console in

There's a person in another thread offering to create mods... just look for "mod request" and you should submit your request/idea to that person and hope for the best.
