So, I just got the Oblivion construction set, and almost immediately, I noticed how easy it was to use compared to the Skyrim creation kit. And, as I was browsing the Oblivion Nexus, I came across this little beauty and it piqued my curiosity. The author said he used mostly vanilla horse textures and meshes to make it. I'm wondering how that process might work, and what else I might other than the Oblivion construction set (if anything at all). Help?
