I was wondering, since Dragon skin (the perk, which only dragons have) reduces all damage by 50% unless inflicted by the Dragonborn (According the UESP) would that mean that Miraak's attacks would ignore the 50% negation?
Not sure, but it might be interesting if it turned out that his attacks ignored some of dragonscale armor. It would go from the most effective light armor to probably the least. Talk about a startling revelation, when it's too late to go home and change.
