map bone npc L prebreast

I just reinstalled skyrim with my mods and when I ran the creation kit this error was thrown at me

animation:unable to map bone npc l prebreast on torvar (01000d62) ->torvar (0001a6db) for havok behavior controller

this error seems to appear for every npc I choose and what could be causing this something in meshes or textures perhaps?

There are a lot of warnings that pop up, even when you first install CK. The ck tutorials advocate just pressing "yes to all" to ignore them, though you seem to have to do that every time. I can only assume it's where they made an npc that didn't fit what the program considers "the mold."
