Viking themed build.
Nord.
Light armor. No higher than scaled horned. Or dragonbone
One handed. Steel axe or sword. Skyforge until dragonbone or Nordic carved.
Block. Put a lot into this.
No magic.
Beard.
War paint.
Scars.
Limit carrying capacity. 50-65 pounds counting weapons and armor.
Wear heavy helms. Vikings didn't wear horned helms but you can.
Most Vikings shaved their head as to not get it cuaght or grabbed. Making them easier to kill.
Only wealthy Vikings used swords. Others used axes.
You can even go as far to use clothing as most Vikings did.

Simple.......... Try playing with no Armor, Robes, Clothes & using only your fists, No Magic or Weapons, just your Fists.... It's fun & interesting.

And do it on Legendary with no followers/companions with diseases.
