Well, nirnroot has less detrimental effects, plus they glow in the dark, so I'd pick that. Nothing positive comes out of consuming deathbell. Even its name indicates that.

Oops, beat me to it. Depends on the character, but you can never go wrong with more health. Same question as my last post.

Pistol, cuz right there, you're already amped in weaponry as far as Skyrim's concerned. Plus, it's a lot easier to hide.
